About this guide

What’s inside this guide.

Memory and focus are not fixed traits, and the levers that influence them most are far less exotic than the supplement aisle suggests. This guide covers the four that matter: what you eat, how much you move, how well you sleep, and how often you genuinely challenge your mind. It explains why each one matters and how to put all four to work together.

Brain-supporting nutrition

The dietary patterns and specific foods most associated with long-term cognitive health, and how to build them into normal meals.

Movement and blood flow

Why physical activity keeps turning up in cognitive research, and how much of it appears to make a difference.

Sleep as maintenance

What your brain does while you sleep, why short-changing it shows up as poor recall and fog, and how to protect your nights.

Mentally engaging habits

The difference between passive entertainment and genuine mental challenge, and how to build the kind that keeps you sharp.

Who it's for

Is this guide right for you?

  • Anyone noticing more forgetfulness, mental fog, or trouble concentrating
  • Adults who want to protect their cognitive health as they get older
  • Students and professionals looking for sustainable focus rather than stimulants
  • People with dementia in the family who want to understand the modifiable factors

What format is the e-book?

A PDF. It opens on virtually any device — iPhone and Android, Windows and Mac, tablets, and most e-readers — and you can print it if you prefer paper.

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no account to make and no subscription. You check out, you get your download link by email, and the book is yours.

Is checkout secure?

Yes. Card payments are handled by Stripe and processed on Stripe's own secure page. Your card details are never sent to or stored by TUDEMM.

I did not get my email. What should I do?

Check your spam and promotions folders first, since automated delivery emails sometimes land there. If it still has not arrived, email info@tudemm.com with the address you used and we will get your download to you.

A note on health information

This e-book is educational material, not medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
